Is this service only for pre-recorded messages?
Yes. Lasting Moments is for messages recorded by the person themselves while they are alive.
Do you recreate someone after they pass away?
No. We do not recreate, imitate or generate a person after death. The service is based only on video recorded by the person themselves before they pass.
What can the person say in the message?
They can say what feels right to them. It may be a farewell, a thank you, a story, a message to family, a reflection, or something more personal.
Can names, dates or simple wording be added?
Yes. Simple, tasteful wording can be added if requested.
How large is the hologram box?
The hologram box is approximately 170cm tall, 90cm wide and 50cm deep.
Can this be used at a funeral or memorial?
Yes, where appropriate. The pre-recorded message can be presented at a funeral, memorial, celebration of life or private family gathering.
